The Palliative Care Partnership of the Roanoke Valley Exists to be a catalyst for community efforts that empower all people to plan and exercise their choices for quality palliative and end-of-life care.
Established in 2001, the Palliative Care Partnership of the Roanoke Valley (PCPRV) is a non-profit 501(c) 3 with a long history of promoting Advance Care Planning in our community and across Virginia.
